This issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing Mailchimp connectivity issues in Follow Up Boss, you may need to visit Admin -> Integrations -> Mailchimp in FUB and re-select your Mailchimp list.

We have identified the issue and a fix has been implemented. We are observing recovery for many customers and are continuing to monitor for a full recovery.

Update

We are investigating an issue where customers who use the Mailchimp integration are experiencing disconnection. There is no widespread interruption of Follow Up Boss at this time - this issue is limited to Mailchimp. We will post updates here as we identify the issue and a resolution.
