We are going to upgrade our DB servers to make Follow Up Boss faster and more resilient to usage spikes. During this maintenance window, we will be upgrading a segment of our customers. In the coming weeks, we will have additional maintenance periods to upgrade the remaining customers. Web app, mobile apps and API may not be available for impacted customers during these periods. Leads coming via lead email addresses (email@example.com) and Inbox Lead Processing may be delayed until the maintenance is completed. Leads coming via API may not be processed during the time API is not available.
