We were alerted to an issue with one of our application servers that prompted us to restart the system. In the process of implementing that fix, we incurred a downtime involving api.followupboss.com. From approximately 9PM Eastern through 9:30PM Eastern, integrations using our api.followupboss.com endpoint may have experienced connectivity issues. This downtime would not have affected client-specific api connectivity; for example, yourdomain.followupboss.com/api was still operational. This affected only certain integrations with our product. At this point connectivity is restored and we will continue to monitor for future issues.
