Duplicate appointment issues have been identified and we are working on fixes and removing those duplicate appointments.

Investigating
We are seeing errors and delays in synchronizing both Google and Microsoft calendars with Follow Up Boss. We are also seeing duplications of calendar entries made in Follow Up Boss, but that is limited to Google calendars. We are actively investigating the problem and will provide updates here.
