At approximately 12:15 Eastern time it was identified that some real-time events were delayed while we performed server maintenance. These delays may have manifested in slow responses for action plans and first-to-claim processing. The issue was resolved at 12:30 Eastern time, however we will continue to monitor the situation and advise if any further action is required.
