Database connectivity issue

We experienced database connectivity issues on both of our front-end web servers which resulted in all users not being able to access their FUB account from 4:55am ET - 5:40pm ET. All lead emails during this time will have automatically been retried and processed. We are looking further into the root cause to see how we can prevent issues like these in future.
