Incident Report for Follow Up Boss

Between 1/12 9:15am ET and 1/13 10:30am ET, SMS notifications were not being properly delivered. This includes all SMS Notifications types for new leads, lead alerts, and so on. Email, push, and browser notifications continued to function during this time. We advise all customers to check their Follow Up Boss accounts for missed notifications and sincerely apologize for this issue.

We have improved our monitoring around this area to better proactively alert customers, and will follow up with our SMS provider for an explanation about why this occurred.
